Metal Inc., was founded by Msrs. Leslie Kinney and Joseph Tanna in
1953. Initially the company operated primarily as a
subcontractor
fabricating & installing ductwork in commercial buildings.
In 1957 the company moved
from Chillum, Maryland, to its present location, a new 4,500 sq. ft.
facility in the Bladensburg Industrial Park at Peace Cross.
Bill & Beth Paolucci
purchased all stock of the corporation in 1990. They serve as
President/Treasurer, Vice President/Secretary, with Bill handling the
day-to-day operations.
